• Company: Jjengo Tech Ltd.
• Services: The Company's products, software, and services.
• User: The individual or entity using the Services.
• ToS: These Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these ToS.

These ToS supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

Use of Services

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services.

You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the Services, including but not limited to software, code, and documentation.

You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use any User-provided materials for the purpose of delivering the Services.

Payment Terms

You will pay the Company the fees and expenses specified in the applicable pricing plan or agreement.

Payment terms are 5% of the total amount of the crowdfunding campaign.

Confidentiality

The Company will keep all User-provided information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Warranty and Liability

The Company warrants that the Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

The Company's liability for damages or losses arising from the Services is limited to the total fees paid by you.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Services upon issuance of at least a 10 days’ written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, you will pay the Company for all Services provided up to the termination date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These ToS will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of these rights.

Any disputes arising from these ToS will be resolved through mediation with the help a mediator acceptable to both parties.

Where parties fail to agree with the help of a mediator, the aggrieved party can have recourse to any other lawful methods of dispute resolution including court

Changes to ToS

We reserve the right to modify or update these ToS at any time without notice.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these ToS will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
